Using Zapier, Fountain Hire can connect with any of your Slack channels, to keep your entire team up to date with applicant movements in Fountain. We frequently see teams use this to remember to review documents or perform any manual physical actions related to applicants.

To set this up, create a new Zap with a webhook trigger. Paste the webhook link into the Webhooks section of your Company Settings. Here, you can send an applicant's data to the webhook from the stage landing of your choice.

Next, connect a new Zap to Slack through their simple interface. You can send data via direct message, a channel, etc.
