Makes a user a host on a Hire Go scheduler stage of an opening. The user must have access to the opening.
A user who has not set availability yet becomes a host with has_availability: false. Applicants can book them once they set it in Hire Go.
Adding a user who already hosts the stage returns 200 and changes nothing.
